Admissions at MWN Rehab
Taking the first step is the hardest part. We make the rest easy.
The Admissions Process
We understand that reaching out for help takes tremendous courage. Our admissions team is here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here is what to expect:
Step 1: Confidential Assessment
Call us at (341) 225-1888 or email [email protected]. A member of our admissions team will conduct a free, confidential phone assessment to understand your situation and determine the appropriate level of care.
Step 2: Insurance Verification
We will verify your insurance benefits and explain your coverage in clear terms. If you are uninsured or underinsured, we will discuss self-pay options and work with you to find a financial solution that makes treatment accessible.
Step 3: Pre-Admission Planning
Our team will coordinate your arrival date, provide a packing list, answer any remaining questions, and help arrange travel if needed. We want you to feel prepared and confident before you arrive at our facility.
Step 4: Welcome & Clinical Intake
